We present you a rural house perfect for 6 people, who can sleep in its 2 double bedrooms and on the sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Its rooms are divided into 2 floors.

The home is part of a complex of 9 homes that is in Asón, a region where nature prevails and is within Arredondo.

On the ground floor you will find the main room, distributed as follows:

• With the living area composed of a large armchair and another individual. Between them there is a low wooden table with 2 shelves.

• The walls of the room have smooth orange areas and others with a stone finish. This is the case of the corner where the chimney is. In front of it there is a bench, in case you want to sit in front of the fire.

• Next to it is the television, hanging high on the wall, so you can watch it comfortably from the sofa.

• The dining room table is made of wood and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. It has chairs and also a bench attached to the wall so you can sit together without a problem.

• In a very practical and functional way, the table is located next to the entrance to the kitchen which is only delimited by an American bar.

• The countertop forms a 90 degree angle and above it you can see the 4 burners, as well as the sink, in the left section.

• Among the base furniture, with a wooden finish, you have the washing machine and the oven. On the far left there is another set of cabinets accompanied by the refrigerator and freezer.

• As for the microwave, it is hanging on the wall, inserted in its own structure, under one of the cabinets.

On the first floor are the bathroom, with a bathtub, and the bedrooms.

• One room has a double bed, with a sloping ceiling, and also a closet located in front of the bed.

• As in the first, this second room has some parts of the walls covered by stones. It has its own closet and 2 single beds. In addition, it has access to the balcony.

Within Cantabria, in a region called Arredondo, our beautiful rural house is located, surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes. More specifically, we are in Ashon.

• Nearby we have the large natural park that bears the name of Collados de Asón, where the waterfalls of the river that bears the same name are the main protagonists due to their uniqueness and particular beauty.

• There is also room for large peaks, such as the one known as the Eastern Mountain.

At the same time, in Arredondo the monuments stand out. This is the case of the churches. On the one hand, the one located in the capital of the municipality. There are no words to describe the parish of San Pelayo.

And combining both profiles we have in Socueva the Church of San Juan, a rupestrian building immersed in nature.
