Description of Casa La Higuera
We present you a wonderful rural house that is in Cantabria, more specifically in San Juan de Soba. You have room to stay until 11 people, so it is a perfect option for large groups.
The building is divided into 2 floors where you can find:

- A large hall with a large white furniture and walls that combine the orange color with the stone finishes, next to the stairs that lead to the upper floor.
- In the ground floor you have the kitchen and , with a large table where you can sit down together for lunch and dinner. It is very practical, since its position allows to serve easily, without having to walk a lot.
- The kitchen has a huge "L" shaped countertop with white tiles. There are cabinets and drawers with wood finish inserted in the lower area, in addition to those hung in the upper part.
- Among these last is the microwave, on a shelf. Below are other items such as the toaster and part of the tableware. You have 4 fires in which to cook, with the extractor hood on top and the oven below.
- The room is at the top, so its roof is sloping. It has several large armchairs in which to sit comfortably, well to see the television o or a movie in the DVD.
- This can be done while the fireplace warms the room and the light of the flames gives the room a special touch.
- Between the seats you have a low table where you can put some game to take a game.
- But not only this, since there is space for the children, because we have a series of games and dolls with which you can spend fun afternoons. They even have a small table with colored chairs for them.
- The house has 4 double bedrooms. They are spacious and have some of their walls covered with stone, giving them that rustic touch, there is 2 of marriage and other 2 with single beds.

- Next you have the great Valley of Soba, with extensive meadows of green color and where you can see herds of animals such as sheep and also cows.
- La Cistierna is the name given to the village in which the house is located, within the town of San Juan.
- Very close to there is the natural park of Collados del Asón, where you can do guided routes to see, among other things, the wonderful waterfalls.
