Elegant and cozy rural house in the north of Burgos, specifically in Valdenoceda. It is part of the landscape of the Valle de Valdivielso.
Its location is a privilege, since the house is surrounded by nature and tranquility.
The house has a maximum capacity for 15 people, spread over its 5 rooms. It is perfect to go with family or large groups of friends.

As for the outdoor , the house has a beautiful and well-kept garden with its outdoor furniture in which we can enjoy our rest in the open air. Other services that we make available to our tenants is the possibility of offering breakfast and dinner on request and with a small supplement. In addition, at the other end of this room, we find a wooden table that acts as a dining room. The heater is found throughout the house so that we can regulate the temperature in winter and feel at home.
- The kitchen is very modern and has all the facilities that we look for in our day to day. Fully equipped with the kitchen utensils for both serving and cooking. It also has large appliances, such as the washing machine and the dishwasher and other smaller ones such as the microwave or a coffee maker. The fire is glass ceramic. In the kitchen we also have another table where we can sit down for breakfast or lunch whenever we want.
- The house has 5 double bedrooms, but all of them have the possibility of adding an extra bed, making a total of 15 places. Three bedrooms have 2 single beds of 90 centimeters and two with one that is of double. The only bedroom located on the ground floor is adapted for people with reduced mobility and complies with regulatory measures. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. All of them have great luminosity and views of the Valley. There are two bedrooms that share a small terrace .
- Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for the exclusive use of the tenants of that bedroom. Like the room on the first floor, its bathroom is also adapted. In addition to the 5 bathrooms, there is a small toilet. We provide you with all the towels and bedding necessary during your days of stay in the house.

The surroundings of the house are a privileged place for all those who love nature or who simply seek silence and tranquility. In the surroundings you can do activities for all tastes. From gastronomic routes trying local products in the closest municipalities, to walking or pedaling through wonderful mountain trails. But among all the interesting places that we will find, we are going to recommend some examples:
- Visit Ojo Guareña, a Natural Monument that nature gives us. Its historical and landscape value will not leave you indifferent. In addition, it is a visit that the whole family can make without any complications.
- The municipality of Puentedey. Through which we can walk, fill the stomach and enjoy a rural environment. It is mandatory to visit its magnificent and impressive natural bridge and the Palacio de los Porres.
- We recommend you go to the Desfiladero de los Hocinos, formed by the Ebro river on its way to the Valdivielso Valley. Its lush vegetation of holm oaks, oaks and strawberry trees, among others, will make you disconnect from that stress and routine of the big city.
