On the ground floor you have:
- 3 double rooms. A of it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Each of them has its own name. The Oak, The Council and The Abbot.
- 2 bathrooms common to share, fully equipped. They have the usual toilets and have the necessary bathroom linen.
- A furnished kitchen with everything essential. It has appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc. It is built on a single wall, where there are cabinets at various heights.There is also a dining table.
