Casa rural La Ermita

Our accommodation is part of the province of Burgos, specifically in the town of Canicosa de la Sierra.

It is afully equipped home with large interior spaces and exterior spaces that encourage fun for our guests.

It should be noted that on its facade, the structure functions as a climbing wall which for the most adventurous, is a great idea. But this is just one of the surprises that awaits you in this very familiar home.

With2 floors, the rooms that you can enjoy are:
 

• A dining room with a rustic and at the same time elegant appearance. The rusticity is given by the main element, which is wood. On one side and in the rest area, a set of sofas and armchairs that are oriented towards the television and, next to it, the bar so you can have a drink. Next, a wide and robust wooden table where you all fit. In the center and as a separating element, a 360-degree telescopic chimney, so that it is visible from any point.

• A spacious kitchen in which you can cook as you want since there are 2 options; either do it in its wood-burning oven, or otherwise use the most modern elements such as its ceramic hob. Additionally, in the center there is a table for cutting and filleting. Don't worry about the dishes, the houseware or the appliances since there is everything.

• A functional toilet and a complete bathroom that serve the entire home. They have all sanitary in perfect condition and sets of towels.

• 5 bedrooms with five 1.35 beds and seven 0.90 beds in total. Each of them has furniture andsets of sheets and towels. In addition, all have a private bathroom.

Already on the exteriors, the house has:

• A huge garden in which elements such as thetrampoline or swings are distributed for the little ones in the house.

• A seasonal pool and a barbecue.

Our home is located in Canicosa de la Sierra, which belongs to the province of Burgos.

It is an environment that offers great views, located between La Campiña and the Urbión mountain range, its landscapes could not be better and in addition, the most adventurous enjoy thehiking and mountain routes that there are.

It should be noted thatin winter, its climate is cold,with seasonal frosts being frequent. However, itssummer is warm, with not very high temperatures that are appreciated.

And finally, be sure to visit the following points:

• The parish church, in the center of the area.
• The multiple hermitages that are spread throughout the area, such as those of San Roque or Veracruz.
