Casa Rural El Tejo

This cozy residence is located inBermiego, a small town belonging to the council of Quirós, in the interior of the Principality of Asturias. 

Surrounded by the beauty of Asturian nature, the house preserves the noble materials of its structure from the past, but is restored to exceed the expectations of the most demanding.

It has the capacity to shelter up to 4-5 people (one of them in a trundle bed)

On the ground floor there are:

• Kitchen-dining room: an open-plan room in which tradition and avant-garde are perfectly combined. The first is seen in details such as the wooden beams on the ceiling; the second, through its complete set of appliances: ceramic hob, oven and microwave... but also, it preserves an old wood-burning stove and an oven where bread was made.

• Bathroom: you will find the necessary equipment for daily life, including the toilet or sink.

On the first floor, you will find:

• Living room: a cozy corner where you will find a bookcase with several books for all tastes, and a television hanging on the wall. 

• 2 Bedrooms: the first room has a double bed, while in the second you will find two trundle beds.

• Corridor: it is equipped with a table and several chairs, so that you have the opportunity to sit and breathe the fresh air and contemplate the views of the house.

Once outside, you will access a fenced patio where you can eat outdoors. For your car, you will have the possibility of parking in front of the house. 

The house is located a couple of minutes from a recreational area where the little ones in the family can play in total safety. In addition, there aregrillsto cook while you breathe the fresh air.

Among the most beautiful places in the town, the Natural Monuments of El Tejo stand out, an ancient tree located in the Aramo mountain range; and El Rebollo, located next to the chapel of San Antonio. 

Part of the town is part of the Las Ubriñas-La Mesa Natural Park, a protected environment full of mountains and valleys where you can come into direct contact with nature. 

If you want to combine nature with sport, one of the most beautiful routes in the region is theSenda del Oro: an itinerary that follows the route of an old mining train. It is suitable for the whole family, and can be done both on foot and by bicycle.
