Casa Rural Alegre Soriano

This rural property is located in the Soriano town of Chavaler. It is a cozy and very modern house, decorated with bright and cheerful colors, ideal to come with a group of friends or several families and couples.

It has capacity for 10 people being able to add 4 more in extra beds.

Each bedroom has a own bathroom so you will have privacy and privacy but, at the same time, the common areas are diaphanous: the living room, dining room and kitchen, so you will also spend a lot of time all together.

The rural accommodation is distributed in 2 floors. In the floor below we have the following rooms:

• Spacious open space with the living room, dining room and kitchen, all decorated with bright colors where there is a fireplace , and a dining table for 10 people to which you can add a side table for 4. The kitchen is decorated in green tones, and so are all the doors of the cabinets where we keep the tools and kitchenware, also has appliances such as washing machine, oven, grim, etc.
• Small reading area that also serves to relax and enjoy the tranquility, furnished with a pair of armchairs.
• 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

In addition, it should be noted that one of these bedrooms on the ground floor is enabled for handicapped people.

Also note that a crib is available for those parents who need it.

On the upper floor there are:

• 2 double bedrooms, also with own bathrooms.
• An open living room overlooking the living room on the lower floor.

All the bedrooms that are in the house have as part of the furniture a built-in wardrobe, and others of them have a small table with chair or other decorative elements and comfort.

The house also has service Wi-Fi en all its interior, also with stereo, DVD player and collection of games in the living room.

Chavaler is a Soriano municipality, which is right next to the River Tera, so you will be surrounded by nature and vegetation.

It is also only a quarter of an hour from the city of Soria. There you can enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, such as the Douro River, and of devotional and civil monuments such as its Plaza Mayor or the Church.

Almarza is another Soriano town that is 15 minutes from ours. It is there where you can discover buildings such as his Church, the Palace-House or the dolmen.
