Our home is located within Asturias, specifically in an area formed by the population of San Miguel de Arroes, very close to Villaviciosa.

It is a house withspectacular views of our natural environment, which provides a lot of calm and direct contact with the purest spaces in the area.

It has spacious rooms where up to a maximum of 12 people can be accommodated, always enjoying all the comforts and a homely atmosphere.
Features:

• 6 double bedrooms, all of them very spacious and elegant in style. Of this set, 2 are structured with a double bed and the remaining 4, with 2 single beds each of them. Bed linen is included.

• 6 bathrooms. 5 of them are within the rooms. They are spacious and have a bathtub or shower. Towels are included.

• A spacious and bright living room of 40 square meters with beautiful views of the Asturian coast. In the rest area there are several armchairs that face the area where the television is and, for eating, a table with a set of chairs. For an optimal temperature, the fireplace is one of those essential elements, giving the room a warm touch.

• A kitchen fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware.

• And finally, a glass porch that has a table and chairs. It is an ideal place to enjoy a meal with the best views.

Also at your disposal in our estate:

• A huge swimming pool around which a set of hammocks is distributed, perfect for enjoying the sun.

• A paddle tennis court, for racket lovers. In addition, there is a pingpong table.

• A gas barbecue, upon request.

• A huge garden to enjoy with views of the Asturian mountains.

Its environment is perfect for those who love nature and areas where the green color is predominant. It has spaces that are worthy of a postcard and that are watered with the waters of the Cantabrian Sea.

One of its strong points is the coastal area, with some beautiful beaches where the cliffs seem to escort the lower areas.
