The house is located in the town of Villasevil, Cantabria, and has a maximum capacity of 10 people distributed in5 rooms. The house is terraced made of stone in a rustic style, typical of the houses in the area.

The rooms are divided into:

• 3 doubles.
• A triple
• An individual.

In turn, the double rooms are: 2 with a double bed and one with single beds.

The double rooms are spacious and very bright thanks to the large wooden window with views to the outside. The beds come fully dressed and equipped, and have a wooden body to match the nightstands and the wardrobe.

The room with 2 single beds has a large wooden wardrobe and both beds come dressed and equipped. The triple room has both a double bed and a single bed; They are also fully dressed and equipped.

The smallest room is the single one, which has a dressed bed with an iron body. On each side there is a night table with a lamp and it also has a closet.

Being on the first floor of the house, the wooden ceiling and its beams can be clearly seen from all the rooms. The predominant color of the walls is orange, so it brings vitality and dynamism to all the rooms.

In the living room there is a brick fireplace ready to be used. It is an ideal space to spend the coldest days of the year next to the fire and warmth of the fireplace. Likewise, the entire house enjoys heating. In the living room there is also the dining room, which has a wooden table for 8 people. A sofa and armchairs are also located to ensure comfort, as well as a TV.

The kitchen has appliances such as oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave and other utensils to make you feel at home. It also has a pantry area where you can store various foodstuffs.

The house has 2 bathrooms complete with toiletries: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. We also offer aset of towelsto each guest.

In the front part of the house there is a small garden. There are two parking areas, one at the front of the accommodation and a garage at the rear. All available exclusively to customers.

The house is located inVillasevil, Cantabria, a town of just under 300 inhabitants whosechurch of Santa Cecilia de Villasevil was declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 1978. It also has a tower in the house of Sancho Ruíz Villega.

In the town there are bars and restaurants where you can taste typical food and drinks from the area. Nearby there is also a playground, a bowling alley, a tennis court and various sports establishments.

The Cantabrian Valley of Toranzo surrounds the entire house. It is an idyllic place to enjoy the peace and tranquility characteristic of the town. Very close is the center of Villasevil de Toranzo, where there are various prehistoric caves such as those of the Puente Viesgo which can be visited.

The Cabárceno Natural Park is 10 minutes away. A space located in an old iron extraction mine. Within the park you can see various animals such as ostrich, hippos, or rhinoceros, among many other species. 

Half an hour away is Santander, where there are many beaches like Sardinero.
