It is a colonial house very close to Santander, surrounded by green Cantabrian landscapes. This rural accommodation has a capacity for 10 people maximum , fireplace , a beautiful furnished garden and pool table.
The house is organized in 5 double bedrooms , some of which have 2 single beds, and others have a double bed. To share between these rooms, 2 full bathrooms.
On the ground floor , are the shared areas. The dining room is decorated in a colonial style, like a palatial house. Several sofas face the fireplace , which acts as the center of the room. In the same space there is a wooden dining table, with upholstered chairs.
From this room, we go through a stone arch to the kitchen . A spacious kitchen, furnished in wood and equipped with appliances and kitchenware, shares space with a bench table, also made of wood.
On the same floor, there is a pool table ; in a room with windows that face the planted and well-kept garden.
The residence has a farm, very well cared for and set without breaking with the palatial style of the building. This garden furnished with chairs, tables and a traditional picnic area l, also has a old well.
It should be noted that the minimum stay is 2 nights , and that pets or parties of any kind are not allowed. In case of heating consumption, it will be charged at the departure of the stay.
