Our rural house is located in Perlunes, a small town corresponding to the autonomous community of Asturias.

With a volume for 5 people, this home with a stone building allows its guests to enjoy their stay in the Principality withtotal peace and serenity.

With unbeatable views of the valley of the town, this residence can be detailed as follows on its lower floor:

• A living room with a wood-burning fireplace to heat this area of the home while watching a movie on the house's television

• 1 bedroom with a double bed so that the residents' rest is as pleasant as possible. It also has 3 sofa beds.

• A bathroom equipped with all types of utensils in perfect condition for excellent personal hygiene of guests.

For its part, in the surroundings of the home it is worth highlighting:

• A paved access to the home to facilitate the arrival of guests to the stay.

• Areserved areafor parking the cars of the residents of the residence.

At an hour and a half by car from Oviedo, Perlunes is a small town that is part of the council of Somiedo, a town hall whose population records are the second worst in the entire Principality. Just 20 minutes by car you will be able to enjoy Pola de Somiedo.

However, its poor demographics does not prevent this municipality from having a great tourist charm for hikers. In this sense, it is worth highlighting the Somiedo Natural Park, recently proclaimed a biosphere reserve.

With a very rugged topography due to ascents and slopes, these terrains are ideal for tourists who love adventure sports such as climbing or hiking.
Finally, from the point of view of the popular festivities of Somiedo, the festival of San Antonio or Santiago Apóstol takes place during the summer months after the agricultural occupations have concluded.
