C.A Playa de Guadamía- Superior

This rural house composes one of the 5 rural accommodations that make up the complex de Playa de Guadamía, located in the north of the peninsula. Thanks to its location it has wonderful views of the natural environment of this small Asturian town, which can be seen from porches cerrados. De 2 floors, your space is ideal to accommodate a group of 4 or 5 people.

It has a spacious and bright living room equipped with a wooden table with capacity for 4 diners. In the living area it has a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, as a whole, before a coffee table. It also has a TV that is just below the stairs that go up to the first floor.

The kitchen is a great stay with all the wooden furniture, which gives it a very rustic touch. It has all the appliances necessary, such as refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and all the necessary kitchenware. It also has a square table for 4 people.

In the upper part are the 2 rooms, both double with 2 beds each. They have their own wardrobe and huge windows that provide clarity to the rooms and give them incredible views.

The house also consists of 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped. Both have a sink and mirror and one has a shower and screen and the other with a curtain bath.

Outside this accommodation has a air conditioned porch, so that the guest can enjoy the landscape even on winter days. Shared with the rest of the houses of the complex, has a large garden con barbecue y tables with banks.

The whole house is equipped with radiators, placed in each of the different rooms and wooden ceilings with beams of the same material.

This small Asturian town, Llames de Pría, is located on the north coast of the country and has incredible natural surroundings, such as Playa de Guadamía or river with the same name.

It is surrounded by small towns with similar characteristics, such as Llovio o Ribadasella, place that stands out for its water input to earth in the form of 'S'.

In the village where the house is located, it is worth mentioning the natural spectacle offered by the Bufones de Pría. These are holes that are made naturally in the rock near the sea that expel water in the form of a column when the waves collide with force.
