C.A Playa de Guadamía- Superior

This rural house is one of the 5 rural accommodations that make up the Playa de Guadamía complex, located in the north of the peninsula. Thanks to its location, it has wonderful views of the natural environment of this small Asturian town, which can be seen from its closed porches. With 2 floors, its space is ideal to accommodate a group of about 4 or 5 people.

It has a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with a wooden table with capacity for 4 people. In the living area it has a 2-seater sofa and 2 matching armchairs in front of a coffee table. It also has a television that is located just below the stairs that go up to the first floor. 

The kitchen is a large room with all wooden furniture, which gives it a very rustic touch. It has all the necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a square table for 4 people. 

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, both double with 2 beds each. They have their own closet and huge windows that provide clarity to the rooms and give them incredible views. 

The house also has 2 complete and fully equipped bathrooms. Both have a sink and mirror and one has a shower tray and screen and the other has a bathtub curtain. 

Outside, this accommodation has a heated porch, so the guest can enjoy the landscape even on winter days. Shared with the rest of the houses in the complex, it has a large garden with a barbecue and tables with benches. 

The entire house is provided with radiators, placed in each of the different rooms and wooden ceilings with beams of the same material.

This small Asturian town, Llames de Pría, is located on the northern coast of the country and has incredible natural landscapes around it, such as Guadamía Beach or the river with the same name. 

It is surrounded by small towns with similar characteristics, such as Llovio or Ribadasella, a place that stands out for its 'S' shaped water entrance to land.

In the town where the house is located, it is worth highlighting the natural spectacle offered by the Buffoons of Pría. These are holes that are made naturally in the rock near the sea that expel water in a column when the waves collide strongly.
