This establishment, which is rented in its entirety, is located in the town of San Esteban deGormaz. This town has been declared a Historical-Artistic Site, making it an ideal place to spend a few days discovering its architecture and history, immersed in a peaceful environment.
Our rural house is built in exposed stone and wood, which today is completely restored to accommodate this beautiful rural house with capacity for 12 people which has:

- 5 double rooms. These rooms have an exquisite decoration, highlighting the beautiful wooden ceilings with exposed beams, the walls of worn imitation paint and the perfect combination of furniture and bed linen. 4 of these rooms have a double bed. All of them perfectly combined with taste and in rooms where, in addition, we will have built-in wooden wardrobes, auxiliary furniture such as bedside tables and vintage lamps, beautiful restored dressers, etc. The other room has 2 single beds separated by a charming nightstand, in an open space with wooden ceilings.
- A simple room. This room is ideal for a child as it has a small Native American style tent and casual decoration. It has, like the rest of the rooms, painted walls that look worn, wooden sloping ceilings with exposed beams and a window to the outside that fills every corner of the room with light.

- 2 bathrooms. One of these bathrooms is accessible topeople with reduced mobility. The bathrooms have a shower with curtain, WC, sink and various hygiene items that will be courtesy of our hosts.
- A living room with a dining room. This room is ideal for spending a pleasant evening accompanied by our closest friends as the sloping wooden ceilings give a feeling of warmth and friendliness. Here we will have 2 large sofas, a small table, a piece of furniture with a TV and 2 dining tables, one with chairs and the other with a wooden bench.

This pleasant town is located in the province of Soria, the Duro River runs through it. Through the streets of San Esteban de Gormaz we can appreciate its medieval origins and, not for nothing, it has been declared a Historic-Artistic Site.
Near the town there is a hillside with caves where we can see various rock carvings. These caves are known as Cuevas de las Salinas. Here we will also see Latin inscriptions and elements of the struggles between Christians and Muslims during the time of the reconquest.
