In the beautiful village of Pedrajas, in the province of Soria, we have built 2 cozy cottages rural that have all the necessary services to make you enjoy a perfect holiday of tranquility and peace in a rural environment.

In the nineteenth century were raised and about the year 2009 we decided to rehabilitate them, always maintaining the original structure and its façade, in this way the charm that characterizes them was not lost. Our second home in its interior in addition to conserving details of the past that can be seen reflected in ornaments or in the walls and ceilings, has been decorated with a lot of elegance and a touch of modernity.

The living room, in white and beige tones, is very diaphanous. has 2 large sofas that are facing each other, in the middle a low table. In addition there is a chimney, unquestionable protagonist in the cold days, a TV and information of the area that we leave at your disposal.

The dining room is formed by a large wooden table in dark tones that has capacity for all the inhabitants of the house. It is also very practical since the kitchen is just behind. It is open so there is greater freedom. It has numerous appliances integrated seamlessly with the furniture. You also have crockery and cutlery at your disposal.

The rest area consists of 2 bedrooms that have own bathrooms. Each of them has 2 beds, with sets of sheets and blankets included. Highlight the presence of the sloping ceiling of wood thanks to its inclined windows allows the entry of a lot of light giving the bedroom a greater sense of spaciousness. We have completed the bedrooms with different furniture always very practical for all your needs.

The bathrooms have a nice decoration thanks to the aged effect tiles. One of them has a double sink, and in both cases there is a shower and a toilet. We also have a nice and small toilet, useful and practical.

The house is completed with a patio where you can go out to get fresh air. Also highlight the ease when it comes to the accommodation and the possibility of parking at the door without any problems.

Pedrajas is very close to Soria. We can take a walk through the beautiful town and discover its corners and its people. We emphasize the presence of his church, the church of Santo Tomás Apóstol.

Next to the river Douro rises one of the most striking monuments precisely because of its location, the mount of Santa Ana.
