This shelter works thanks to the collaboration of the noviercas City Council, a town where the accommodation is based, in the province of soria.
The town hall of the town was the in charge of rehabilitate the building and provide it with the characteristics necessary for it to be a rural shelter. Originally it was the place where the laundry room of the town was located.
The essence of the original building, respecting in its wooden beams and stone walls, inside a welcoming space and functional .
The accommodation has capacity for a total of 18 people, being possible to rent it of in full way, for rooms, and even for individual beds.
It is composed of:
In the exterior, the hostel has a great garden, equipped with a playground, where the little ones can play and enjoy without any danger. In addition, there is a small stream, a source and a wooded walk.
