Our accommodation is located in the town of Villaviciosa, an area that belongs to the territory of Asturias.

- A very spacious and perfectly conditioned living-dining room as it has an elegant sofa that directs its views towards the main front furniture, where the television is located. On one side and providing great functionality, a wooden table with a set of chairs.
- A kitchen that communicates with the previous area and is fully complete. It has a set of household items that will help you cook and, of course, sufficient appliances.
- A complete bathroom in which green tiles shelter the space. It has a shower and a sink on which a gold-framed mirror has been hung. In addition, we leave you withsufficient sets of towels.
- A very spacious bedroom with a double bed that does not lack detail. It has sheet sets and very functional furniture such as the wardrobe.
As common areas to the entire complex, our guests will be able to use the following facilities:
- An elegant library, colonial style and with a very extensive collection of books. Available in high season
- A gym perfect for staying in shape and equipped with several machines.Available in high season
- A large meeting room in which there are several long tables and is also composed of a collection of electronics elements.
- A cafeteria where you can have breakfast.
- Outdoor garden areas that will allow you to walk and enjoy the fresh air.

Our location is centered on the town of Villaviciosa which belongs to Asturias, we are in its rural area in the town of Amandi.
