This rural apartment is located in the beautiful Asturian village of La Villa de Sub, a perfect enclave to disconnect and enjoy the pleasant surroundings of the north. In addition, thanks to its location, we have different points of interest in the environment.
The house is in a rural complex formed by 4 other houses. All of them share the outside area, being this a playground and a barbecue area. The one that occupies us is the biggest of all, with capacity of 6 people, built in stone and wood, preserving the charm of its origins, but, it has been totally restored.

The one that occupies us is the biggest of all, with capacity of 6 people, built in stone and wood, preserving the charm of its origins, but, it has been totally restored.
The house is divided into the following parts:
- Una room of marriage, with a sloping ceiling and decorated in mama of attic style, to feel the warmth of the stay. It is furnished with a large closet to store all our clothes, also with a television in the room to see your program before going to bed.
- A dormitory with beds of 1.35 meters con capacity for 4 people, equipped with the same extras as the previous room, with television and totally heated to spend a few comfortable nights.
- A living room-kitchen, with under wooden deck, throughout the stay, chaired by a central fireplace that will heat the entire room. In addition, equipped with comfortable sofas and a television, will make you spend good times with the fireplace. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with glass ceramic, microwave and refrigerator.
- 2 bathrooms totally complete, have shower and towels for our hygiene and totally air-conditioned, so as not to get cold when leaving the shower. One of them is sloped.
