Description of El Cueto de los Collado
These rural apartments belong to the Asturian Council of Llanes and are specifically located on the road between the parish of the same name and that of Ribadesella, very close to the beaches.
It is a private farm in which there is a solar house that was built during the 18th century. After the remodeling, to adapt it to the new times, it has become a tourist building with numerous services and comforts.
The rural complex is made up of several constructions that result in 9 apartments that are rented independently. Of these, 3 are operated to host a maximum of 6 people and another 6 to a total of 4.
Each of the apartments, despite its different decorations and distributions, have practically the same comforts.
All facilities are in perfect condition after the reforms we have made to condition them. Although we have also tried to maintain some of the elements that leave their history visible and really make it a rural destiny.
When you stay here you will also be able to enjoy the gardens that surround them and that are typical of the family farm.
Outside you will see a granary that was built about 300 years ago and today we have become an improvised porch for outdoor meals.
