Description of El Cueto de los Collado
These rural apartments belong to the Asturian council of Llanes and are specifically located on the road between the parish of the same name and that of Ribadesella, very close to the beaches.
It is a private estate in which there is a manor house that was built during the 18th century. After the remodeling, to adapt it to the new times, it has become a tourist building with many services and amenities.
The rural complex is made up of several constructions that result in 9 apartments that are rented independently. Of these, 3 are activated to accommodate a maximum of 6 people and another 6 to a total of 4.
Each of the apartments, despite their different decorations and layouts, have practically the same amenities. In them you will find, in addition to the corresponding bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, American-style kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
All the facilities are in perfect condition after the reforms we have made to condition them. Although we have also tried to keep some of the elements that make its history visible and make it truly a rural destination.
By staying here you will also be able to enjoy the gardens that surround them and that are typical of the family farm.
Outside you will see a granary that was built about 300 years ago and that today we have turned into a makeshift porch for outdoor meals.

The council of Llanes is located in the northeast part of the Principality of Asturias and is divided into 28 parishes inhabited by almost 14,000 people. We are right between Ribadesella and Llanes.
