This rural house is located in San Pelayo de Tahona, a small town located in the council of Valdés, to the west of Asturias. The building where these apartments are located is an Asturian mansion built in the 18th century following the characteristic structure of the houses of the time and with natural stone and wood materials.
Currently the house is restored to offer all the comforts of the 21st century with the flavor and charm of past centuries.
The house is divided into 2 apartments, one with capacity for 6 people and the other with capacity for 9 people, so the total capacity of the house is 17 people.
As the apartments have different capacities, they have a diverse distribution in terms of rooms:

- Small apartment: It is ideal for people with reduced mobility, since it is located on the ground floor. It has 3 bedrooms -also double and single-, 2 bathrooms and an open space where the living room, dining room and kitchen come together.

- Parking area so you don't have to worry about where to leave your car.
