Our accommodations are within the Noja area, which is one of those towns that catch you as soon as you meet them, and which is part of Cantabria. Located 50 meters from Ris beach.
It is an apartment building where you will be able to enjoy all the comforts, and where you will have all kinds of elements with which to take advantage of your vacation.
Altogether, the entire building admits about 169 people, who will be able to choose between the different accommodation options that we have inside.
There are a total of 41 apartments that are distributed in:

It is an apartment building where you will be able to enjoy all the comforts, and where you will have all kinds of elements with which to take advantage of your vacation.

- 12 Studios with capacity for 2 people, y where their rooms are connected, with a pair of single beds, a spacious kitchen area and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Some of them have views towards the street, while others have views towards the beach.
- 21 Apartments for 4 or 5 people. In them you will find a larger space with a large living-dining room, equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a sofa bed for the fifth guest. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom complete and 2 double rooms, both with a pair of single beds.
- 8 spacious penthouses, also designed for 4 or 5 people and fully equipped to make you feel at home. They have the same distribution as the apartments, although in this case, all of them have terraces that can have views towards the gardens or towards the beach.
Among the facilities that are common, we have:
- A spectacular pool where you can swim and also enjoy, sunbathing in the hammocks that are right in front.
