Our accommodation complex is located in the area of Noja,, which is one of those charming towns where you will be able to enjoy Cantabria.
It is a building perfectly located in front of the sea, in which we are sure that you will feel at home since it has all the comforts you need.
Regarding the overall capacity of all the apartments, it is for about 241 people, that will have private spaces, and other common facilities for your comfort.
We have a total of 48 apartments that are distributed as follows:

It is a building perfectly located in front of the sea, in which we are sure that you will feel at home since it has all the comforts you need.
Regarding the overall capacity of all the apartments, it is for about 241 people, that will have private spaces, and other common facilities for your comfort.
We have a total of 48 apartments that are distributed as follows:
- A Studio designed for 2 people. It is the ideal accommodation for you to enjoy the best vacations as a couple, and where you will have all the rooms communicated.
- 16 Apartments for 4 or 5 people, in all cases without parking space. We have 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a single sofa bed and a full kitchen. They also have a bathroom and some of them have views of the sea from their balconies or terraces.
- 10 Penthouses with capacity for 4 or 5 people. They are located on the upper floor and are distributed in such a way that 5 of them do not have a parking space, while the other 5 are Premium and have a garage space and terrace with sea views.
- 19 Premium Apartments. All of them have space for a maximum of 5 people and offer among their amenities, a garage space. They also have a living-dining room, access to a terrace, a full kitchen and a full bathroom to make you feel at home.
- 2 Apartments for 6 or 7 people. They are the largest of all and also have a garage space. In these cases we have 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen and access to the outside.
And also, there are installations that are common to, such as:
- A large pool area with hammocks around it so you can cool off in peace.
