Description of Apartamentos rurales L´Arboleu
Our rural apartments are located in Proaza, a council in the interior of the Principality of Asturias where you can enjoy a most special getaway.
More specifically, the apartments are located in the heart of the Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park, a place where you can observe nature as soon as you wake up.
We have 2 apartments with their own access:

We have 2 apartments with their own access:
- The Ablanu is located on the lower floor, and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
- The Carbayu is on the top floor, with capacity for a maximum of 2 guests.
They are distributed in a similar way, both having:
- Double bedroom, a romantic room with a double bed, which is located next to a stone wall to give it a special touch. One of the great attractions of the bedroom is that it has a jacuzzi, oriented towards the impressive views of the landscape that surrounds us.
- Living room with integrated kitchen, a spacious and open-plan room where you can cook your favorite dishes. After the banquet, nothing better than sheltering yourself in the warmth of the fireplace in winter and enjoying watching a movie on television . The living room serves as a bedroom, as it has a sofa-bed.
- Complete bathroom, equipped with a large shower, as well as courtesy items such as towels or soaps.

The Ablanu apartment consists of the following rooms:
- A living room-kitchen, with fireplace of traditional firewood and a large sofa-bed of 2 seats from which you can see the television, large inches.
- Un double bedroom, with large size bed and jacuzzi with views.
- A bathroom complete, with a nice decoration in wood and blue tones.
- Una private terrace, with barbecue and furniture to relax and enjoy the views.

The Natural Park of Las Ubiñas-La Mesa has approximately 35,000 hectares, composed of valleys and mountains of intense green color:
- The valleys are crossed by the river Taja, in addition to the rivers of San Pedro and Páramo. In the latter is the Cueva Huerta, a karst formation considered as a natural monument.
- The mountains reach their highest point in the massif Ubiña, at 2,400 meters high. After him, the highest peaks are the Fontán and the Peña Ubiña, both above 2,000 meters.
