Description of Apartamentos Rurales Casa Xepo
These rural apartments are located in the Fuentes del Narcea Natural Park, an area declared a Biosphere Reserve in 2003 and which extends through the municipalities of Degaña, Ibias and Cangas del Narcea, this last Asturian town is where the accommodations are located.
The house, more than 100 years old since its construction and which has been rehabilitated to house three apartments in the middle of a natural paradise that exudes tranquility and peace, offers wonderful views and without missing any detail.
The apartments with capacity for 2,4 and 6 people and the possibility of extra beds are very cozy. In each of them, the homey and rustic touch is provided by the wooden beams that accompany the stone, materials with which these accommodations were built and in which an attempt has been made to maintain the essence of the origin of the house.
All apartments are fully equipped with kitchenware, bedding and towels. Each one of them has:
- A large living room, which serves as a dining room and integrates the kitchen with a microwave, a washing machine, an oven (El Rebocho apartment does not have an oven) and all the houseware.
- Double rooms, in which light tones are combined with wooden ceilings.
- A complete bathroom, and in the case of the El Rebocho apartment there are 2 bathrooms.
The terrace, which offers views of the typical Asturian landscape, in which greenery takes center stage, has furniture.
