Do you want to enjoy the nature of Asturias in all its splendor, and rest in an accommodation where you feel the warmth and comfort of a home? In that case, welcome!
We have a total of 4 apartments:
- 2 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.
- 2 two-bedroom apartments for 6 users, one on each floor.
To adapt to all types of guests and needs, in each apartment we have 2 and 3-seater sofa beds and the option of requesting extra places. These places carry a supplement per person per night. The third additional place is always free.
We recommend that whenever you can afford it, you select at least two apartments to accommodate 6 or more people.
The apartments have independent access, and theirinterior is made up of:
- Living room-kitchen: a meeting space that does not lack detail. As a rustic touch, they have a fireplace; for leisure, there is television; and, for cooking, a complete set of appliances.
- One or 2 double rooms: in all of them you will find bedding to keep you warm during the coldest nights, a closet to store your luggage, and heating.
- Bathroom: you will find showers with a screen for toilets, sinks with mirrors and towels for everyone, and a toilet. You won't miss anything.
As common spaces, we have:
- Covered barbecue, with a picnic area to eat together.
- Summer pool, facing the mountain to contemplate the surroundings.
- Garden, to run around at your leisure.
It should be noted that, in summer, for your comfort, reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday and the payment of the reservation will be made in full within 30 days of arrival at the accommodation.
The bridges must be reserved completely.

Its interior consists of a XX, accompanied by furniture and bedding; living room with fireplace to warm up next to the wood in winter; kitchen equipped for day to day; and a full bathroom. Outside, it has a X2 private terrace XX.

Its interior consists of 2 rooms: a marital and another double with 2 beds ; a large room in which the fireplace is not missing; kitchen with household items; y bathroom with hygiene equipment.
Inside, awaits you 2 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and a second with 2 single beds; living room with a nice fireplace that brings the rural touch; kitchen with modern appliances; and bathroom.

Nature lover and outdoor activities; The Asturian coast and mountain, seem to me an ideal place to enjoy my favorite activities; That is why I encourage you to come to know this "little paradise."
We are only 340 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of Asturias, with large green areas to enjoy, parking area, barbecue cabin, and in summer, a small pool.
In addition, in the surroundings you can see the jester of Santiuste, just 400 meters, and the inner beach of the cobijeru at 2 km.
All this accompanied by the vertical walls of the Sierra del Cuera, where the Cabra River is born, a few kilometers from the house, in what is known as the dark valley, because they say, the forests were once leafy that the light did not reach the ground.
In addition to the nearby buffers, the Sierra del Cuera, and the picturesque village of Llanes, in less than 30 minutes, we approached the Picos de Europa and the unmatched landscapes of Covadonga and Los Lagos Enol and Ercina, vestiges of the glacial era, when the Aín mammoths walked through this environment, they are within our reach.
Anyway, you will not get bored if you like nature and at night innumerable popular parties and pilgrimages, where to taste popular traditions and products, and see the cider run gracefully scanned by local experts... that does not know the same.
Sourroundings of Apartamentos El Pontarrón
Our apartments are located a few meters from theLa Franca beach, a beach whose beauty and natural wealth has made it considered a protected area.
The beach is part of the Ribadedeva council. Among its heritage, you can pay a visit to the Pindal cave, declared a Site of Cultural Interest; get to know the church of Santa María de Tina; or make a stop at the Noriega Tower, a building built in the 13th century.
Walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the Bufones de Santiuste, a peculiar landscape that is surrounded by vertigo cliffs. Don't forget to bring your camera to save the memory.
Walking a little further, only 2 km. By car, we have the Cobijeru Complex, with an interior beach, a cave that reaches the sea and a spectacular rock bridge. Today all of this has been declared a Natural Monument.
If you want to enjoy outdoor activities and mountain sports, you will like to know that the Sierra del Cuera is just 6 km away. Accessing the Paisanu peak, we will enjoy unique views of the Picos de Europa and the valley of the Cares River.
