This rural apartment is in the Asturian town of Santa Eulalia de Oscos, which borders Lugo.

It has an old stone wall and houses the 2-story structure of the barn that was before and in which this accommodation is built. 

It belongs to the A Casoa complex, where there is a rural hotel with 5 rooms.

This rural house has a rustic and cozy appearance thanks to the mix of wood and old stone

It has capacity for 4 people and is divided into the following spaces:

• 2 bedrooms: of which one has a double bed and the other comes equipped with 2 single beds. Both are in the upper part of the house and have a television in each one.

• A bathroom with a shower, which has been recently renovated.

• Kitchen with black granite countertop and matching furniture. It has numerous appliances such as the microwave, and has a gas stove, as well as a washing machine. All this designed to make your stay much more comfortable.

• The living-dining room comes with all the essential furniture so you can enjoy your stay, such as sofas, a wooden dining table, television and a cupboard.

In addition, the entire house is equipped with central heating and a pellet stove.
The fun continues outside the house with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the pure northern air while reading a good book or having a chat with your travel companions.

As for the natural environment, we recommend that you take hiking routes such as the Senda Verde das Caballeiras where you will discover ferns, brooms and heather.

The closest and most important urban center is the city of Lugo, just 80 km from A Casoa II.  Cathedrals Beach and western Asturian coast less than 1 hour by car.
