HOW FAR IS IT FROM THE BEACH?

It is very common to find front line apartments in the autonomous Spanish region of Valencia, where you will find the best beaches just a few metres away and it will only take you a few minutes to make it to the sand.

It is also important to know the type of beach that is closest to our apartment, because there are beaches for all tastes.

For those who are looking for a little more nature, there are virgin, unspoilt and impressive beaches such as Playa Gulpiyuri in Asturias, Es Talier beach in Menorca or Playa de Bolonia, in Tarifa. And there are many other examples like these.

SERVICES AND ACCESSIBILITY

As we have said, there are many options of beaches you can visit. Depending on what you are looking for, and the type of trip you have in mind, you need to take into account how to access the beach or the services you will find in it.

As far as access is concerned, there are some beaches that are complicated, with cobbled and almost unknown roads, and others that you can reach without any problem on foot or by car.

If you are planning to spend an entire day at the beach, it is important to know if there is a restaurant or beach bar where you can have a drink or if, otherwise, you will have to bring your own picnic. Public toilets are also something to take into consideration.

DON'T FORGET TO PACK ANYTHING

Planning your suitcase is almost as complicated as planning your beach holidays themselves and to not leave anything behind is a challenge for any self-respecting tourist.

That's why we recommend that you make a list of the most important things you will need. If you are going to visit the beach, don't forget your towel and swimsuit. Also, if you're travelling in your own car, bringing an umbrella and some diving booties could be an excellent idea. In case you have to walk on more complicated, cobbled access roads, these will save you from any possible mishaps.
