Our hotel is located in the province of Asturias, specifically in the tranuila and well-known town of Nueva, between the towns of Llanes and Ribadesella. It is a town of 700 inhabitants where we can spend a quiet holiday away from routine.
The establishment is a old house from the XIX century. It has several rooms of different capacity and spaciousness. In addition it also has a large garden of 1500 square meters. The rooms that guests can choose are:

- Double room with 1 or 2 beds: these rooms can have, as the name implies, 2 single beds or a double bed.
- Standard triple room: This bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed just in front of it.
- Economic double room with 2 beds: these are the most cozy rooms, they have 2 single beds that are together, therefore ideal for couples and friends.
- Economic double room: with capacity for 2 people, on each side of it there are 2 old wooden bedside tables. X
- Each of the rooms has with internet connection, one small area with table and 2 chairs, and one bathroom with bathtub.
- A living room with several coffee tables, vintage chairs and armchairs that give great elegance to the entire room. In the same room there is a fireplace that can be lit on the hottest days.
- Outside terraces overlooking the beautiful garden where we have several garden areas. In the mornings we can move here for the time of the breakfast.

This room has a double bed with a very elegant and successful decoration, it has high ceilings with exposed beams and a window to the outside. On each side of the bed we have 2 bedside tables with a telephone. Some of these rooms have sloping ceilings as they are on the upper floor of the house. In the same room we will have a living room with table and chairs.
