Selaya is a Cantabrian town located in the valley of the Pas, place of creation of the sobao pasiego and quesada. Starting from this town you can climb to the viewpoint of Puerto de Lunada, from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the valley and its surroundings. Following the road you get to Liérganes, where you can taste some wonderful churros con chocolate.
