We present you a great rural house that is in Tanarrio, within Cantabria. It is a house that forms complex with another, located each one of them on a different floor within the same building.
In this way, you can rent the first accommodation, with space for 7 people, or both together, adding a total of 14 seats. Therefore, it is a perfect option for large groups.
In this case we are in the ground floor, where you can see the different stays.
You can also park your vehicles next to the house, in the private parking del we have.

- The dining room has a large piece of wood that you will see as soon as you enter to the right and it has a mirror hanging above it, in addition to other decorations.
- There are 3 chairs, one large and the other individual, so that you sit comfortably to watch TV. This is hanging on the opposite wall.
- Between both elements is the table del dining room, with space for you to sit all together and thus share the moments of lunch and dinner in the best company.
- This room is very well lit thanks to the large window at the back, also adorned with various flowers and plants.
- On the other hand we have the kitchen. It is spacious and has a table de dining room in front of the counter, perfect to sit down every morning to have breakfast comfortably.
- Your equipment includes washing machine, integrated between the base units, like the oven, with the fires on top, and the dishwasher, which will prevent you from having to be scrubbing.
- All the wall cupboards must be added, as well as the microwave and a space in the lower part, in the manner of old oven, fireplace type.
- The house has 3 bedrooms, all of them double. One has double bed, accompanied by its 2 bedside tables.
- The remaining 2 rooms have single beds, separate and with a built-in closet.
- To complete these interior rooms we have 2 bathrooms.

My name is Mercedes González Sebrango, but I like to be called Merche.
I was born and raised in this small town called Tanarrio in the heart of Los Picos de Europa.
Years later, I moved my residence to Santander, but I continued to come to my hometown whenever I could. Over time I realized that we had to recover and invest in these small towns in order to return to what my parents and I knew. That is why my husband César and I embarked almost 30 years ago in the adventure of rebuilding an old stable and haystack that belonged to my grandfather and thus create the first home.
After a few years and seeing the acceptance on the part of the travelers and the demand on this type of accommodation we decided to build another home in a nearby land and this is how Las Cumbres 2 was born. Las Cumbres rural homes are a personal and family project to which we have dedicated years of work and illusion. The houses were designed to help you relax and enjoy the small details of life. They are built with the typical materials of the area, stone and wood, associating a simple and refined decoration, which together with the imposing frame of the Picos de Europa that support it accentuates its beauty. Plants and natural flowers set and decorate, and bring vitality and joy to each room.

Welcome to this fabulous environment within Cantabria. We are in the area of Liébana, more specifically in Tanarrio, where you can enjoy beautiful natural landscapes.
