Las Casonas de Don Pedro- Casa Doña Irene

This large rural house is located in a sheltered Cantabrian municipality, an ideal place to disconnect from the urban routine. The Casona is ideal for the accommodation of a group of about 10 people. It retains its old structure despite its recent remodeling, allowing it to combine restored rural elements alongside some more modern ones.
The entrance of the house is located in a large enclosure surrounded by gardens. The house has a large dining room decorated with rustic furniture in which there is a wooden table with capacity for 8 people, although it has more chairs placed around the room.
The accommodation has a fully restored kitchen in which there is a table for 6 people. The furniture is made of orange methacrylate, which combines very well with the gray appliances. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge. In it there is a door through which to access the outside.
One of the things that makes this rural house more attractive are its 3 rooms, each one dedicated to a different activity. One of them has sofa, television, DVD and Wii, where the little ones can have fun. The second, somewhat less youthful, has 2 sofas next to a coffee table, ideal for relaxing. And the third of them, the largest, consists of a round wooden table for 6 people, a sofa and 2 padded wicker armchairs, which matches a coffee table of the same material. It also has a television and a large window through which to access the patio.
The country house has 5 rooms, 3 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds, very different from each other. The double rooms have their respective fully restored rustic furniture, such as dressers or large and robust closets, which gives them a cozy air. The 2 rooms with small beds are somewhat more modern, as they do not have such a rustic decoration.
This accommodation has to its credit 2 bathrooms, both of them fully equipped with a bathtub, one of them old with feet, and sinks with their original taps.

This small town of Cantabria has unique landscapes that the guest can enjoy both from the house and through routes.

Headpiece is located in Hermandad de Campo de Suso, a municipality surrounded by wonderful natural landscapes that take center stage in winter with snowfalls.

A few kilometers away is Fontibre, another small municipality where the Ebro river is born and leaves behind incredible landscapes for the visitor to enjoy.
