Description of La Villa des Roses
Welcome to this completely renovated gîte in Luçon. The cottage is made up of 3 bedrooms where one of them is equipped for people with reduced mobility. However, it is ideal for a group of friends, a large family or traveling professionals.
Outside you can see a peaceful environment with enough vegetation surrounding the gîte. You will enjoy the large fenced swimming pool which is shared with the owners.
So you have 3 bedrooms. The first counts with a double bed between two small nightstands that carry lamps. On one side of the bed you will see a meeting area with a table and two small armchairs and the window.
On the other side is the cabinet and another table. In front of the bed, a table which carries the television with two chairs.
The second bedroom includes a double bed between two nightstands which carry lamps with a modern design, as it is protected by a structure of a very beautiful canopy .
On one side there is a single bed and on the other side a meeting area with two comfortable chairs and a low table. Right in front of the bed there is a small bench.
The third room includes two clearly defined spaces ; the first space has a double bed which has next to a shelf with a lamp, a bench black in front of the bed and in front of the bench there is the office area with television.
Next to the bed, the large wardrobe. The second space attached includes two single beds with a wardrobe e a chair.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, all of which have in common the toilets. The first has a basin and a shower. The second has a bathtub and two basins and the third has another shower and the sink.
The dining room has a large dining table and many chairs and in front of the cupboard and the mirror.
The living room has one three-person sofa and two armchairs in addition to the cabinet.
