Our accommodation is located within the area of Selaya, which is a beautiful and quiet town that is part of Cantabria, where you can enjoy rural tourism.
It is a very charming environment in which you will be able to enjoy the best vacations, and where you will be able to take the opportunity to contemplate the views of the green areas.

Regarding the capacity of the accommodation, it is a dwelling designed for 9 and up to a maximum of 11 people,, who will have 2 floors that the dwelling has, the following rooms:
- A spacious living room connected with the kitchen, which has stone walls, and is structured in such a way that we have a set of armchairs that look directly towards the area where we have the wood-burning fireplace, imposing and next to to the plasma television that is anchored to the wall.
- A kitchen-dining room after the living room, which has a white table with its set of chairs, which give way to the worktop on which the necessary appliances and kitchenware are distributed so that you can cook as if you were at home.
- 4 spacious bedrooms, of which 2 of them are double, but equipped with a double bed in each case, while the third , also double, has a pair of single beds. The last bedroom has a total of 3 single beds, all of them with sheets and blankets to spare.
- 2 complete bathrooms, each on a different floor, and equipped with a shower with rain effect, as well as several sets of towels.
