I live in Madrid for my work, I am an economist and this is our family home. My maternal family is from Santander Capital, I have uncles and cousins who live all year. My grandfather constant the first house in Somo on the beach in 1947 and we have been coming here "all our lives", in summer, saints, and bridges. We love the area, Santander and all Cantabria.
The house is unique, we design it to be the family of two brothers with my parents especially in summer. It is located in a private and closed urbanization, totally silent and peaceful at the foot of the church of Our Lady of cans, and 5 min from the beach, which we go down whenever we allow us to walk quietly.
It is very comfortable, with two main bedrooms with its bathrooms inside them, 3 bedrooms in the entrance hall with two bathrooms, one of it in room, a great dining room and very spacious porch for the days with good weather.
Below is the laundry room, pantry, and an apartment with direct salt to the garden with two pine literas made to measure for 4 people, with their living room and their living room and their television.
Finally, another room with an English patio and inside bath also with an English courtyard, and a 35 m2 room to play ping pong or pray a snack if it is wrong time.
