- A spacious living room with several rest areas, in which we have, on the one hand, a rest area with its set of armchairs that are oriented towards the front where the French-style fireplace is located, next to a large plasma television. - A complete American kitchen, in which you will find a lot of light thanks to the large windows in the work area, which is U-shaped and ends in a bar. It has the entire set of electrical appliances and kitchenware with which you will be able to cook what you can eat at the wooden table with chairs in front of it.
- 6 spacious bedrooms, of which 5 of them are double, equipped in all cases with a pair of single beds and in elegant and perfectly decorated spaces, with lots of light and furniture. The sixth bedroom has a pair of wooden bunk beds and a children's play area. All rooms also have their own complete bathroom, equipped with towels.
- A boiler room and another cleaning room, equipped with a washing machine and iron, among other amenities.

- A covered area in which we have placed many games such as pingpong for you to have a great time.
- A large porch equipped with table and chairs to enjoy eating what you have cooked on the barbecue.
- A spectacular garden with plants and palm trees, in which we also have a children's area with swings.

I live in Madrid for my work, I am an economist and this is our family home. My maternal family is from Santander, where I have uncles and cousins who live all year. My grandfather built the first house in Somo on the beach in 1947 and we have been coming here "all our lives", in summer, holy weeks, and long weekends. We love the area, Santander and all of Cantabria.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house is unique, we designed it so that the family of two brothers could be together with my parents, especially in summer. It is located in a private and closed urbanization, totally silent and peaceful at the foot of the Church of Ntra. Sra. de Latas, and 5 minutes from the beach, which we can go down whenever we can on foot.
It is very comfortable, with two main rooms upstairs with their bathrooms inside them, 3 rooms in the entrance hall with two bathrooms, one of them in a bedroom, a huge living room and a very spacious porch for days with good weather.
Downstairs is the laundry room, pantry, and an apartment with direct access to the garden with two pine wood bunk beds made to measure for 4 people, with its living room and living room and television.
Finally, another room with an English patio and an interior bathroom, also with an English patio, and a 35 m2 room to play ping pong or organize a snack if the weather is bad.
What to do in its surroundings?
Although we are in the countryside, we are 5 minutes walk from the town of Loredo, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and 10 minutes by car to get to the boat that goes to Santander and if you take the car, you are in the center in 20 minutes by highway 80%.
Around it, there is Somo, Suesa, Galizano, with restaurants and supermarkets, and paths to walk with beautiful views by the sea.
