This beautiful rural house is located inCastillo, a town in the north of the peninsula, in the province of Cantabria. 

The town belongs to the municipality of Arnuero, and is located just 2 kilometers from Noja. From Santoña, the distance is 9 kilometers.

The house has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 9 guests, which makes it a perfect option if you are thinking of taking a getaway with a large group.

The interior is divided into 2 large floors. Let's start by getting to know the ground floor:

• Living room-dining room. With an open and modern style, the living room is located under a high ceiling and is surrounded by white walls. Inside, there is a sofa bed located in front of a piece of furniture witha television. Completing the space, an avant-garde-looking dining table with matching chairs.

• Equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a large window facing the garden so you can enjoy cooking while observing the views. It does not lack any type of appliance:washing machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave, among others.

• Full bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a large bathtub, accompanied by a sink and toilet.

• Triple bedroom. Completing the ground floor, there is a bedroom made up of a double bed and a single bed located as a bunk bed. 

Going up to the first floor, we find: 

• 2 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are designed in a similar style, with pastel tones that contrast with the dark wood of the ceilings. In them there is a double bed, and white tables and cabinets. In addition, one of them has a dressing room.

• 2 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, one of them with a bathtub and; the other, with a shower. There is no shortage of towels or mirrors.

Now in the exteriors, you will access:

• Acovered terrace. A space with furniture to take in the fresh air when the weather is good. 

• Agarden of 320 m2.There is a barbecue and large green spaces.

• Aprivate garage, for those of you who come by car.

The house is located in a very quiet natural area from where you can see impressive views of both the beach and the mountains.

Among the closest beaches is La Arena Beach, the only beach in the north of the peninsula that has the universal accessibility certification granted by AENOR. 

Among the places of interest in Castillo, the Venero tower stands out, a building built in the 14th century that has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. 

If you want to do some sport, in the surroundings of the house there are golf courses and surf schools. For the more classic ones, you can also take horse or bike rides.

In less than a kilometer you will find bars and supermarkets, so you can buy what you need or have a snack.
