This cozy cottage is located on the outskirts of Roiz, a small town of just over 350 inhabitants that will allow you to be near the beach and mountains.
The town is part of the municipality of Valdáliga, in the province of Cantabria. It has excellent road connections, Santader being less than 60 km.
The house retains a characteristic structure of the region, with a predominance of stone on its walls, balconies y which are covered with madera.
It is a perfect home to come with the whole gang or family, it is equipped with everything you need to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
