This rural complex is a modernist style villa that has approximately 150 years of history. It is located in the municipality of Solares, which belongs to Cantabria.
This singular construction preserves in its facade all the original charm, since, despite having been renovated to divide several apartments inside, the possible elements have been maintained.

The apartments are located within the same building, although they are all completely independent. Furthermore, they are distributed in a similar way, even if the decoration and the capacity of one of them changes.
In total there are 6 homes and they have the capacity to accommodate up to 26 people. 5 can accommodate 4 people and the last has capacity for 6. The decoration is modern in one of them, semi-rustic in another, rustic in another, retro in the fourth, spa style in the fifth, and the last is a rustic bass with greater capacity.

- A double room furnished with a double bed.
- A living room with integrated kitchen that has a American bar. The living room has a sofa bed that completes the seats.
- A complete bathroom that has a whirlpool bathtub.
The rustic ground floor has another double room, equipped with single beds. In addition, one of the apartments is adapted for people with reduced mobility and another has a private terrace.
Outside, the building has a fenced garden equipped with a children's play area, perfect for going with children. It also has a private parking area.
