This rural complex is a villa of modernist style that has approximately 150 years of history. It is located in the municipality of Solares, which belongs to Cantabria.
This singular construction conserves in its facade all the original charm, since, in spite of having been reformed para dividing in its interior several apartments, have been maintained los possible elements.
