This rural hotel is located in the locality of Solares, in the southern part of the province of Cantabria, next to the Santander bay . It is a quiet town that enjoys a mild climate at all times of the year.
Our rural house is rented by rooms, in a X former house palacio dating from the XVII century, today completely restored, retaining its classic touch.

- Basic double rooms: is a spacious room with double bed, ideal for a couple. It is a simple room with a nightstand, an armchair and decorative paintings.
- Double rooms with double bed: This room is spacious, with large windows with wooden frames, 2 bedside tables on each side with telephone and lamps, sofa, chairs and flat screen TV.
- Double rooms with 2 beds: has 2 twin beds together. The room is bright , elegant and with a charming design made up of tables, sofas and wardrobe
- Triple rooms: is an ideal stay for a family of 3 people or friends. You can place from 2 single beds and one extra bed or one double bed and one extra bed

- A spacious terrace with a dining area, where we can enjoy pleasant evenings without worrying about anything

Solares is a municipality in the town of Medio Cudeyo, in the northern part of the province of Cantabria. It is a town in a peaceful setting with wide meadow and with the sea just a few minutes away.
