It's been a fantastic weekend. Comfortable facilities, cleanliness, spaciousness, good service and treatment. I would suggest enabling an alternative path for the guards' car so as not to pass in front of the main door. Highly recommended.

It has been an experience that we will not repeat. The house as such is fine, but the treatment with the landlady has been terrible. Rather than making things easier, he has been constantly putting obstacles and problems in everything, which makes the experience much worse even though the house is fine. We would not repeat.

Everything is great, the house is spectacular and even more so the property and the pool, the BBQ area, paddle tennis court, etc. The outdoor area is wonderful. Cleanliness a 10.

One thing we didn't know when booking is that the estate's guards live on the estate, which is huge. There were zero problems, but we didn't have the info when we booked. In any case, we loved it and we will surely repeat it.

We went to spend a weekend 16 students and we were looking for a location that was not attached to houses but that was located near a town, and we found this house with a location, to our liking, perfect.

Walking to the town 10 minutes where there was a good atmosphere and a beautiful town. Something we mentioned as soon as we arrived is that the house seemed smaller in person than you imagined from the photos, but it was very well maintained.

The kitchen with many utensils, the comfortable sofas, the well-organized house. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that the beds were very old: they had sagged inwards from use and were very uncomfortable.

Also, another drawback is that upstairs there were four rooms to accommodate approximately 9 people and there was only one bathroom which was a bit inconvenient. What there was in each room was its own towels, one small and one large, and blankets in case you were cold. We had a great time and we would repeat, although we believe that there should be a change of beds because we all ended up with neck and back pain, all having slept only two nights.

Our experience in the Huerta Avecilla rural house has been exceptional: the cleanliness of the room, the spacious interior and exterior and the good accommodation by Maribel, have made our vacations some exceptional days!

The house is amazing. The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable and spacious. The living room is quite large and cozy. In summary 100% recommended.
