Description of Posada Rural La Casa del Vaquero
Our house is a rural inn located in the area of the valleys of Cantabria. It has capacity for 14 people, and a great furnished outdoor space.
This house was an old mountain house, which as its own name indicates, was used as the address of farmers. It has been reformed maintaining all the characteristic elements of the building, being the stone and wood the predominant materials. The reconstruction of the house was proposed to introduce all the modern elements to ensure the well-being of our tenants.
The inn consists of 7 double bedrooms, each decorated in a special way, with unique materials and colors. The bedrooms can be one or 2 beds, and all have private bathroom.

We also put at your disposal our bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy the Cantabrian gastronomy of first quality, with a kitchen of its own making, designed to satisfy whoever visits us.

I have several houses in the town, of which, one of them is my place of residence.
Next door, there is a small SPA, and a summer summer pool with the best views.
All accommodations are the result of much effort, I have been doing little by little, trying to make each house have a unique personality.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
Our house is very close to the Alto Campoo ski resort, in a traditional house, where the essence and structure of the place have been preserved, in spite of its rehabilitation.
It is located in the urban area, where the owners have a bar restaurant where they can enjoy the gastronomy, inside the same building.
In addition, next to the house there is a small glass house, for you to enjoy group meetings, or you can carry out activities.
As for what can be done in the village, we highlight the routes on horseback or on foot, where you will discover the forests of oak, holly and beech, or where you can take a dip in the river.
We have more full rental houses.
