Villanueva Rural - Los Chendas

This rural house, which we show you on these lines, is located in the small municipality of Villanueva de Ávila, within Castilla y León, accompanying a reduced population that facilitates rest and vegetation of incomparable beauty.

The facade is built in typical materials such as the stone discovered in cream colors, with polygonal shapes, surrounded by a garden covered by lawn very well cared for in which a pool of large size rectangular surrounded by a Valla, which is seen from the furnished porch.

Inside and with a maximum capacity of 6 people the rooms are distributed as follows:

• A stay in which the lounge with sofa and television together with a chimney and a table with chairs next to the American bar of the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all appliances. Decorated with stone walls and ceilings with wooden beams.

• 2 bedrooms with a marriage bed and a double with individual beds, all having a minimalist decoration and having furniture to undo our bags.

• A full bathroom with bathtub and sanitary in perfect condition.

This rural house can be discovered in the small Castilian municipality of Villanueva de Ávila, having a population that does not exceed 250 inhabitants, a perfect figure to ensure tranquility and rest.

For the people, while walking, you will find countless old and typical construction houses, whose main materials were the stone and wood.

Very close to the town you can give long walks through the Sierra de Gredos, full of natural places of great beauty, as well as approaching the Alberche River, in which to give you a dip in the summer months.
