Description of La Piedrapipa

Our rural house is located in the town of Madrigal de la Vera, at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos and with a view to its famous Pico Almanzor.

It has an occupation for 6 people and is distributed in:

  • On the first floor there is a bedroom with a marriage bed.
  • In that same plant you have another bedroom with a marriage bed
  • The Buhardilla house another bedroom, with 2 separate and individual beds.

    • It is in the attic where the terrace is located, which has tables and chairs to take advantage of the views with a good lunch.

    Our rural house has a full bathroom in the first floor where the hair dryer is located and a toilet in the main floor.

    The ground floor is an open space in which the protagonist is our chimney forge, stove type. Right there you have a television.

    The cuisine and the dining table are very close, and we have appliances such as washing machine, a microwave, toaster, hobbread... and, of course, makeup for all guests.

    We also have games to enjoy family.

    The house is built following the tradition of the area: with materials such as adobe, wood and stone.

    The Sierra de Gredos is one step away from the house, in fact you can approach it. There you will discover:

    and the hiking and bicycle routes of the region are innumerable. They pass through natural places of high ecological value that will surely be surprised.

    You also have to try the delicious gastronomy, such as the paprika de la vera or the whistle wine.

    The environment offers various air activities free such as senderism, mountaineering, Barranquismo, kayaking, fishing, mountain-bike or bird watching.

    The typical gastronomy revolves around the famous paprika de la Vera, pitar wines, artisanal sweets etc.

    As typical parties we have carnivals, big chrys, small chrys and luminaires, parties that cannot miss.
