The rural house is a dedicated accommodation for a couple. It is located in Gil García, a town in Avila.
As your accommodation is intended for romantic evenings, it is obvious that only 2 people will be able to settle in the house.
The property has wooden floors and ceilings, respecting the old structure, and large windows that provide plenty of light during the day. It has a room with a 1.50m double bed. The bedroom is furnished with a Buddhist-style divan, and incorporates a hot tub in the room itself.
You can also enjoy a living-dining room with a leather sofa, 32" television and home cinema and modern fireplace. Behind one of the sofas there is a Finnish sauna.
The sauna is part of the house facilities and is located in an area adjacent to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a ceramic hob, washing machine and appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and all types of kitchenware and dishes. Also in this room there is a dining table, of course, for 2 people.
The heating system is an ecological pellet stove, because in our rural house we are committed to the environment.
The house is located in Gil García, a municipality in Avila that is part of the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park.
As for gastronomy, we recommend that you try typical dishes from the area such as the revolconas potatoes or the Barco beans.
If you come in the hot months, you can take a bath in the designated areas, and if you do so during the winter, you can take a walk through these indoor bathing areas that are worth seeing.
