Located a few minutes from the other house in the complex, shares the same architectural style, the ceramic floors, the windows and ceilings of the same quality wood and exposed stone on its walls.

It has a capacity for 3 people and is structured as follows:

It has built-in wardrobe, nightstand, a "galán de noche", a couple of pictures on its walls and a television. The living room r, wall to wall with the bedroom, is fully equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate the third person that can include the reservation. It has a cute dining table and four decorated stools, as well as L-shaped seats matching the rest of the decor. Have a t elevision, a small fridge, a furniture - bookcase, a small shelf three pictures hanging on your walls. Tejeda offers you a wide range of possibilities to carry out activities and plans in the area. In the town you can visit the museums it has, such as the Museum of the important sculptor Abraham Cárdenas or learn about the history of this beautiful municipality in the "Museum of Traditions" .

In the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which is less than an hour's drive away, you can visit the Santa Catalina park or the basilica of Nuestra Señora del Pino.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
These Rural Casitas are 185 years old; they were rehabilitated in the year 2001 and with Official License of the Tourist Board of Gran Canaria and Autonomous Government of the Canary Islands since May, 2010.

They have high quality standards and the influx of tourists from virtually all of Europe, Spain, Russia, and other parts of the planet, as well as from some countries in Latin America, India, etc.
What to do in its surroundings?
It is an honor for me to be at the service of a Tourist Population that year after year request reservations in both houses and confess to having enjoyed in its entirety not only the accommodations, but also, of course, the environment that surrounds them: our Canary Summits, the Town of Tejeda and practically all the Island of Gran Canaria, being considerably high the percentage of tourists who repeat every year.
