A real pity because the cabins are a work of art, but they are completely neglected and poorly managed.

Our experience was very hard. Upon arrival, the house was dirty, the water went and went, there was hardly any kitchen utensil and, the worst, we were very cold. The radiators did not work, the thermostat of the room was nothing and we had to sleep with clothes and jackets. We were seven people, including three children, and we had a really bad time.

To this was added a problem with the payment. The manager, instead of offering a solution, reacted hostile because we did not carry the amount in cash. According to him, he was specified, but after checking emails and his website, we verified that he only put "payment at the entrance", without clarifying that it should be in cash.

Even so, we offered to get the money the next day or pay by other media, but the situation became surreal. He began to send me audios in an offensive tone, saying things like "You look like an intelligent woman, you had to have asked" and "You've already annoyed me the day", and finally blocked me by WhatsApp, preventing any communication.

So we couldn't ask for help for heating, water or the makeup. The result: a weekend in a dirty house, without heating, with water problems, without basic and completely disregarded utensils ... for € 400.

Then we discovered that we were not the only ones. In other platforms there are similar reviews, even of people who abandoned early for the same reasons.

A pity, because the place could be spectacular. But as it is, I would not recommend it under any circumstances. We put it in the knowledge of "CasasRural.net" and we are waiting for the answer while we will contact consumption.

The person in charge of the cabins was very kind and attentive, with us and our dog, always ready and available. The incredible space, not a single noise. The cabin had the basics, we didn't miss anything

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the El Hayal de Aloños rural cabin, and we cannot recommend it enough.

Juan is an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to make our experience unforgettable. The cabin is impeccably decorated, combining comfort and rustic charm, and the natural surroundings are simply spectacular.

We spent hours enjoying the views and exploring the nearby trails. It is the perfect place to disconnect from stress and enjoy the peace of the countryside.

Without a doubt, we will return very soon. A 10 for experience!

A beautiful place, ideal to disconnect from everything. Very good attention, Juan makes you feel like you are in your own home.

The environment where the cabins are located is a privilege, being able to hear the river from the chair on the porch.

In terms of equipment and facilities, the cabins have everything you need to be comfortable (the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchenware).

Access to the cabins, although it is a small road, is accessible and paved. From the town, there are also signs all the time telling you how to get there, it's super easy. Then the path to the facilities is kept and clear, and each cabin has its own parking.

There is no coverage in the area due to the foliage, but each cabin has a very good Wi-Fi connection.

As for the owner, he was attentive to our arrival at all times, providing us with clear instructions so that we would not get lost or Google Maps would take us the wrong way. Every time we passed him he asked us if we needed anything, and he also gave us local products.
