This villa has all the characteristic tropical hues of Mallorca (Balearic Islands). In an area in the center of the island, it is barely 17 kilometers from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, in addition to enjoying beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramontana.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, who will live together in these rooms:

- A bedroom with a double bed. It is the largest room, which has its own sofa with cushions in front of the bed. In turn, next to it there is a baby cot available. In the room there is a wardrobe and a couple of bedside tables.
- 4 bathrooms. They are all private, for each of the bedrooms. All are fully equipped, with shower trays that can be protected with a screen or be open and separated from the toilet by a small wall. They also have a toilet and a sink with a bathroom mirror.
- Kitchen-dining room. The dining room connects with an exit to the terrace. It has a long wooden table and several gray and white chairs. It is located next to the kitchen, which is an open space that has a wooden bar with high stools and a worktop with a ceramic hob, microwave, and other appliances.
- Room. It is a modern style room with a gray sofa and a cream colored sofa, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed. In front of them is a long low wooden table, and the windows overlook the garden. There are quite a few decorative elements, especially paintings and indoor plants.
