Description of Menorca Sa Calma
Located in the quiet urbanization of Arenal d'en Castell (Menorca), this villa has direct access to the jetty of the small cove that is only a minute's walk away. It is part of a very peaceful and calm residential area.

- 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All are decorated with a touch of blue, especially in their bedding. They come heated with heating and air conditioning. All have a large-capacity wardrobe and bedside tables.
- A bedroom with a double bed. This room is located on the top floor, thus having a small private terrace with views of the cove and the urbanization. Inside there is a private bathroom and large built-in wooden cabinets.
- 3 bathrooms. At least one of them is private. All are well equipped and decorated to make them look like large, tidy and bright rooms. Depending on the toilet, there may be a bathtub or a shower tray, and all have a certain touch of pink color on the walls or decoration.
- Living-dining room. It is the room that connects directly with the garden through large windows. Inside are large blue sofas, a couple of wicker chairs, and a wooden table. On the opposite wall is the TV on a white sideboard. There is a dining table made of wood with a space for 6 people.
- Kitchen. It is a cute little room with plenty of space, mostly occupied by wooden furniture and cabinets, as well as various appliances. Among them we can count oven and dishwasher, as well as a ceramic hob on the white countertop.
