L'Escapade - Gîte

We are located in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in the south-east of France. In this area, rich in nature and cultural heritage, we have a very charming gîte in store for you which will offer you a peaceful rural stay surrounded by beauty.

We invite you to our accommodation in the heart of a wooded area, where you will go out in the morning to greet the birds and squirrels below your head. It is a 40m² stone house on 2 floors for 2 or 3 people. It is surrounded by a large private area and on its side there is a parking lot.

It contains a beautiful terrace in front of its entrance and equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue.

Its interior is very welcoming and authentic, it is composed of:

• of a living room in front of a fireplace,
• a dining area with a table and 2 chairs,
• a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
• and a very pleasant fully equipped green and yellow tiled kitchen.

Upstairs we find a very beautiful and warm room, it contains:

• 1 sofa bed for 1 person,
• 1 desk and a chair,
• 1 very beautiful rustic lamp
• and 1 large double bed.

The view from the bedroom window overlooks the wood surrounding the housing. This room is very well cared for and contains all the furniture necessary for a very comfortable stay. Make the most of your stay and prepare your meal using local produce to enjoy it on the terrace in front of the woods.
Around the accommodation there are several very interesting sites to visit.
Spend a pleasant moment rich in peace and freedom.

You are lucky to be in this beautiful region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, rich in nature, culture and villages of character.

We suggest you visit the villages near your gîte, stroll through the small cobbled streets and visit their churches.

If you are a lover of nature and breathtaking landscapes, we suggest you visit the incredible natural site of the Gorges du Verdon which presents the largest canyon in Europe. It is formed by lakes, rivers, forests and mountains which several travelers come specially to practice sports in its cliffs and woods.
Take the time to find out during a hike or mountain bike ride. There are also several water sports in its lakes like canoeing, kayaking or rafting, and then try a new experience and new sensations by doing paragliding from the high points of Verdon.
