Le Savoisien- Gîte

We are located in the department of Haute-Savoie in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region which is known for the diversity of its landscapes and the character of its towns and villages.
This area is rich in mountains and incredible natural parks, but also in historical monuments and an authentic culture that you can experience during your rural stay. It is perfect for resting mind and soul for a few days full of calm and beauty.

We offer you charming accommodation a few kilometers from Annecy in a large estate in the heart of the countryside which was once a traditional Savoy farm. This is a cottage for 4-5 people of area 59m² on the 1st floor of the property.

This accommodation offers great comfort and a quality change of scenery. Outside you will find a spacious terrace which overlooks the garden furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Its interior contains a warm and soothing atmosphere including:

• A bright and carefully decorated living room, it contains a lounge area with a sofa, a table and a television.
• A dining area with a rustic-style wooden table and chairs.
• A fully equipped American kitchen.
• 2 double bedrooms with a romantic atmosphere. They each have a large double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and each has a private bathroom .

The accommodation is completely heated and perfect for winter and summer vacations. It is ideal for 2 couples.

For rural holidays in Haute-Savoie you will find several activities and leisure activities to do. You have the advantage of staying a few kilometers from the Switzerland, from where you can also take advantage of the tourism that this country offers you.

We suggest you visit Annecy and discover its most magical corners. It is 4 km from your accommodation. Le Palais de I'lle, le Château d'Annecy and le Lake Annecy present magnificent places to discover.

Geneva is a 30-minute drive from your accommodation, it is a magnificent city surrounded by mountains of the Jura and the Alps.

• The magnificent English Garden.
• the Ariana Museum.

Around the cottage there are several hiking, mountain biking and motorcycle trails that you can take and discover the landscapes of Haute-Savoie. And on the Lake Annecy you can enjoy water sports.
