Our accommodation is located within the province of Valencia, where you will be able to enjoy the best views of the Xeresa area, where the house is located.
It is actually an adults-only farm in which is currently divided into 4 different accommodations (El Secadero, La Fábrica, Els Tarongers and El Rincón de Laieta), with different capacities, in which you will feel at home, and where to enjoy the holidays.
This accommodation in particular, has a capacity for 3 people, who will be able to enjoy a very pleasant vacation.

- A kitchenette with a dining area whose worktop extends under the gap left by the mezzanine of the room, and where you will be able to enjoy while you cook, thanks to the basic equipment of appliances and kitchenware. Just ahead, a small room with a table and chairs in green.
- A living room in the same open space as the previous room. Inside is the sofa that looks towards the cabinet where the television is located. In addition, there is a heating/air conditioning system that reaches the rest of the rooms of the house.
- The bathroom is modern and has all the comforts. Inside, the shower for which we leave you a set of towels per person and stay, heater and hair dryer. X
- The master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house, and has a double bed that is dressed with sheets and blankets. The second bedroom is in the loft. We left a set of bedding. X

Small house in a small town too. Ideal to rest. Near the sea, and 2 km from the beach, besides being at the foot of Mount Mondúver. And all this, surrounded by orange groves but in the town center of the town.
