La Casa de enmedio

The house is located in Olmeda de las Fuentes, Madrid, and is a great old house which has been restored into a rural accommodation. It has 350 square meters of surface and has 3 floors. The 9 guests are distributed in 4 rooms:

• One triple room
• 3 double rooms

In the In front of them is a large brick fireplace , which provides warmth in the coldest days of año.

In the X The whole house enjoys free WIFI signal.

Sharing space with the living room is dining room, which has a wooden table for 6 people. Thanks to the large windows, the space is illuminated throughout the day.

From the dining accessed the kitchen, this has all kitchen utensils and appliances. Including a dishwasher.

From the living room, dining room and kitchen you can still see the robust wooden beams that support the ceiling.

In la first floor of the house are 3 bedrooms: 2 double and a triple. The triple comes with 3 single beds.

In the last floor of the house is another double room with its full bathroom. This room comes with a desk and its matching chair.

All beds come equipped with their sheets, comforters and pillows. In the same way, the rooms come with cabinets and furniture to store our belongings with comfort.

The XX Everything is very careful.

In la outside area we find a large patio with a brick barbecue . It is roofed and comes with firewood. It is a space with a table and its chairs. It is ideal to spend time with family or friends.

Your pets are welcome at home.

The house is located at Olmeda de las Fuentes, a municipality east of la Community of Madrid with about 340 inhabitants. Olmeda was built around the Parish of San Pedro de Olmeda de las Fuentes. The main festival is celebrated on the last Sunday of August in honor of the Christ of Olvido.

Just 20 minutes walk you reach the center of town, there you will find a couple of bars and restaurants with typical food of the area.
The Palace of Nuevo Baztán is located just 3 kilometers from the house. It has a great historical interest thanks to its buildings, churches and monuments.

All that surrounds the town are terrains and spaces where you can practice the trekking. There are a lot of routes and routes that allow walkers to know the place. The path of Valmores or the Tajuña valley are ideal places for this practice.
